Full contact karate's fighting style is heavily influenced by a lot of hard sparring under the condition of no punches to the face, so they attack at extreme close range and hit you with body shots and kicks to all levels (head, body, leg). Obviously you don't get any head movement or anything but you can develop some impressive flexibility and body conditioning and they punch like motherfuckers since they train bare knuckle.

Traditional karate tends to use point rules so it ends up being more like fencing where you hop in and out looking for a punch or kick, it's a little bit impractical if you never spar hard but the skillset can be very agile when adapted to MMA. Lot of good MMA fighters started out in point fighting styles like Shotokan.

Kuroki does the super traditional stuff where they mostly do kata and weird ass conditioning and how they spar depends on the dojo.
