Yeah some of his stuff has been uploaded already, but it's usually variants of the stuff he posts himself. Man, quit your fucking whining. Literally one of every three Patreons I've been in always has a raffle or equivalent to get your OC drawn by the artist. Now there are whole platforms to buy art of your own character, like Fiverr, Etsy, or VGen.

Eudetenis draws a dozen of them weekly during stream sketches.
Half of win4699's comics are set in his universe with all OCs. The only thing that has gotten in his way is the Chinese government.
Mag's Hiromi Training comic is literally the best thing to come out of her, period.
OnModel3D literally dropped a whole-ass fan game of his Space Rangers last month.
Now we have dedicated voice actors and sound designers so you can commission videos.
I have been drawing so many OCs over the years that I could buy a cheap-ass car with the money. I'm a literal nobody, so I can't imagine how many orders the big boys are getting.

And those are just the ones that come to the top of my mind. The community isn't shrinking, you are just in your little corner moping and begging for free stuff. If links aren't being shared, it is because this thread or this website is dying, just like Kemono. I literally wrote this while waiting for the captcha to finish for the second time to post anything in this shit hole site.
