Played it once in my teens with a bunch of friends who I’ve not seen in years.

It was fun but there was this father and son duo who took it way too fucking seriously and kinda ruined it. Won easily and were real bad winners. Only reason why I didn’t do it again.

The dad had one of those hats with the corks hanging off it and kept trying to give unsolicited advice that we couldn’t take seriously because of the hat. The son joked “can we play against you every weekend?” and got all pissed when one of us said “why? Can you only win against newbies?”. The son’s girlfriend was there too, real quiet and obviously not as into it. Took a fucking pelting which at the time was hilarious but later I felt bad for her.
