new highs today, but closed the day well off them. didn't close my igv trade, want higher, so paying a little interest on that. getting ready for the gym, gonna warm up at 195 bench, then do 205's til i can't anymore. incredibly busy day tomorrow, so many things i want to do, luckily they're all in the same spot, but i don't think i'll be able to do them all. we will see i guess. sorry the thread died, i was so sleepy.

doing some sets in my room so the day isn't a total loss. and did get some sleep without smoking any pot, been almost 24 hours since i had a toke. but i'm losing willpower now. think i might have gotten a reply from penelope this evening, it's hard to tell though, she's still so cold to me and it makes me sad. but i'll pretend it's so even if it's not and try to cheer myself up.
