The reason why it's a larp is because top-end AI art isn't automated, ironically enough.

The best patreons are doing img2img, meaning you need to manually put together a mock first. You need to make a depth map for it, and a multi-layered mask for Couple depending on the piece. You can't even fully automate the prompt, because you need to associate each prompt with each mask layer. You don't just generate one image, you drop a batch and iterate off the better seeds, then manually mask regions for inpainting in post. All of the above can take multiple iterations before you get a final image. You then import that final image into an image editor and manually touch it up, fix the seams from the inpainting, and only then can you publish.

Depending on how complicated the piece is, you're looking at 30-300 minutes per image, sometimes longer, and it requires being intimately knowledgeable in your comfy workflow.

There are definitely slop patreons that do none of the above and make it big, but those are jackpot returns and not realistic income.

If you're genuinely interested, ask in the AI threads on /h/ or /trash/ and go from there.

I thought about doing this, I even made some pretty nice 3d style animated wan2.2 porn content, almost on par with high quality animated porn if you ignore the small inconsistencies.
