I feel like Cassie would be the midpoint between the two so Bounty Cassie is the polar opposite of Red Cassie.

Bounty is gruff, standoffish, and businesslike with armor and more accessories so Red is bubbly, touchy-feely, and easily distracted with less clothing. Probably kept the freckles the other Cassies lost as they got older.

It's unfortunate because the show holds up really well but looks like a bunch of shows from that era that don't. It has that late-'90s - early '00s Canadian/British look to the art style but has a lot better characters and writing than its contemporary shows like The Baskervilles.

The network pretty clearly lost interest in it even during production of the first season; that's why the ship suddenly reappears later in the series after Marion traded it away. The episode that shows how it came back was cut and replaced with a clip show that also wrapped up the series. It also had at least one hiatus in the middle of the season and never finished airing on its primary network.

Probably one of those deals where executive changes screwed a show.

Is there anything close to this show that's come out the past 23 years? it's not a completely original concept but the way it looks and the execution of how it's written make it stand out from the crowd of other sci fi comedies.

Man I knew her character design was skinny but I didn't realize HOW skinny until I started drawing her myself, sheesh! I tried to get her as close to how she looks in the show as I was able, for the most part.

Basado! The Bluray was the perfect upgrade. I bought the UK DVDs originally, for the extra PAL resolution. Unfortunately, all UK DVDs have a technical error where 2 seconds of one of the mechanics jumping for cover in the Para Dice episode is cut, you are just shown him on the other side. All copies of the DVD are affected, no one noticed, no one fixed it.
