Judge Doom did (almost) nothing wrong.

I'm impressed he's still doing videos of nearly the same quality nearly 15 since he started doing this. Say what you want about him being a sperg and dating a tranny, but I respect his consistency and passion

Some of them dropped with affection

This, honestly I'd just be scared to leave my house. Imagine the most annoying person you know at peak retardation. Now imagine an entire species of them everywhere 24/7. And give them legal, non-lethal tools to annoy you. My blood would constantly be boiling

I'd hate to imagine what 2D + 3DPD mutts would look like. The toon/3PDP children would look like a painted mess of realism mixed with draw out body parts that look like they were put together by picasso. It wouldn't look like digital 3D either (since those are also toons). It would be horrific & an eyesore. Even the toons would hate them. In which case, I would go full Judge Doom & genocide them because they would be a greater threat than the toons themselves. Imagine something that is half 3DPD & half a cartoon. They would have all the powers of a cartoon while still having aspects of the 3DPD realm. It would be a fucking nightmare.

Knocking up a toon probably doesn't even require actual sex. Just enough breathing space in a conversation for a punchline to be delivered.

Yeah, but both movies also showed us that toons aren't unbeatable. The former in particular showed us that toons have a big weakness besides the Dip. A toon can do anything, even if it defies logic and physics, but only in very specific circumstances: if it would be funny. And if it would be funny, they can't NOT do it, even if it would be detrimental for them, like, to name a completely random example, if they're hiding from someone who wants to harm them in a way they can't just bounce back from, and that someone starts tapping out Shave and a Haircut to lure them into the open. A toon HAS to complete the line with "Two bits!" even if it endangers himself. And it stands to reason that if a toon is in a situation that is so dire and devoid of humor that any joke they could make would fall flat, they can't do anything at all. Comedy both empowers and binds toons, so if you understand what makes a toon tick, you can play them like a fiddle.

[Immediate cut to a toon being stretched out between a human's shoulder and hands, being literally played like a fiddle]

No, see, the toon would be expecting you to do that. If you deliberately don't do it, want is he gonna do? That's my point. If you want to thwart a toon, you have to thwart the punchline. Anti-humor is an excellent counter for toon force.
>>

Well, again, you have to use the conventions of comedy against them. The Tom Sawyer fence painting bit is more likely to work on them if they're not a trickster like Tom himself. If you let the toon set up the punchline, they're the one in control, but if you're the one doing the setup, then they have to go along with it whether they like it or not. You have to keep in mind that us humans don't have the inherent biological compulsion to run with a bit until its conclusion that toons have. Don't just focus on what they CAN do, pay attention to what they CAN'T do, and we can.

what happens with characters who aren't meant to be exaggeratedly funny?
would someone like batman still be compelled to do the two bits thing?
is snow white compelled to be funny?
>>
>>
>>153251692
Might be risky if it's so bad it loops back around to being funny.
>>153251714
Possibly not, but they're still toons, so they still operate on the same basic rules. A toon's raison d'être is entertaining an audience, whether they do so through physics-defying slapstick or brooding on a rooftop and punching the criminally insane. So there are probably other things that they're biologically compelled to do, if it's not delivering a punchline.

Cool word sucked, is amazing they made a movie that is just Roger Rabbit but bad. Seriously is a half backed noir plot with a toon woman, with some wacky cartoon characters bouncing around just to remind you is suppose to be about toons. The only cool idea was the toon apocalypse.

Do you think there would be racial tensions between “cartoons” (think Mickey, Looney Tunes, SpongeBob) and more serious animation (most anime, Gargoyles, Batman), and anyone in between would be classified as category traitors?

Toon Town & Cool World were both allegories to black ghettos. Cool World was just a darker version of Toon Town with just as much insanity. Eddie Valiant couldn't relax when he drove to Toon Town, & Frank Harris was constantly dealing with toon fuckery & toon crime while living in Cool World. Eddie crashes his car due to being harassed by the toons & the toons in Cool World are always stealing from Frank, including his hubcaps. The toon cops are straight up incompetent in Cool World.
Next time you watch the movies, examine the behaviors of the toons. They fail at even the most basic tasks...just like niggers. While Roger Rabbit focused on the segregation part of the toons, Cool World focused on the racemixing/miscegenation part of the toons. The toons are literally allegory to niggers! Also Judge Doom did nothing wrong. He wanted to eliminate the existence of Toon Town & the toons, saving humanity from toon destruction, while Holli Would almost destroyed the world after racemixing with a "noid" followed by opening up the gates of Cool World toon hell with a cartoon lighting bolt, turning the real world into toon hell...much like a nigger infestation. The toons in both films are niggers.

Yes, cartoons have always expressed the white racist’s nervousness because the medium is inextricably bound to the history of discrimination and stereotype comedy born from the white man’s system of chattel slavery, good job reading the surface tension

You can talk a lot of shit about the CDRR movie, but one bit of really cool worldbuilding I liked was old toon stars being pressured to get surgeries that made them CGI, but also made them mortal. Dale tries to revitalize his career by being made CGI, and as a result is at constant risk of blunt trauma because his new body isn't built to squash and stretch.

The Roger Rabbit comics touch on this.
There are BIG generational beefs between toons. Silent toons hated talkies, Black and white toons hated color toons, and theatrical short cartoons hated TV cartoons. Each toon generation has tension with what comes after because humans "replace" them.
It kinda ties into this >>153259868

Not explicitly, but it feels like a natural evolution.
Toons are out of the Toontown ghetto and part of every day life. Roger shows up in a cameo with a line and Jessica is alluded to as a celebrity. The villain has a wide array of torture and murder instruments, one of which is a bottle of Dip.
They basically went as close as they could to make it a sequel. And while it's not as good as WFRR, which is an American film classic, I found it a pretty fun movie, flyfucking aside.

Honestly, sometimes I wish I could go back to the times i was 19 and genuinely truly believed in the multiverse and that I would be able to find a way into the Toon World.
It wasn't fun. I spent all my days locked in my dorm room either watching or reading schizorants online about tuplas and universe jumping. I pretty much never ate and stopped going to my classes entirely. I would try and stay awake as long as possible since when I did fall asleep I would have these really crazy dreams and I thought I was breaking the walls and entering the space between and then I just had to "tune in" to the right "station" and then then I could enter the Toon World and I thougb I was close because most of those dreams did involve toon but mostly because I my laptop running torrented cartoons like 24/7.
Thats all over know. I know that its all bullshit and maybe even then deep down I did but at the time I really think that I might leave thia place and live amongst toons. Everything was temporary all the bullshit with school and family and student loans. One day I would be living in a toon city that was full of adventure and have tons of crazy friends and a cute toon gf.
and now i realize thats impossible and honestly it makes me want to kill myself everytime I think about toons and humans living in the world together. it just isn't real.
