The CGI He-Man cartoon has a sequence where an over-powered Skeletor uses his magic to power up Beast Man and you can hear him screaming in the background, and the whole sequence is a shot for shot reference to the scene where Cain forces Hob to watch as Officer Duffy gets vivisected alive.

when I was a little kid I was watching scooby doo on zombie island all alone in the dark, and when the women started transforming into cat women, and the boatman too when shaggy reaches him for help, the betrayal (kids hate this) and the look of them really scared me
