I don’t know, that shit was like 30 years ago. Last one I watched was the creeper one with my kid.

The one where the gang come with a bunch of other folk to a villa on a tiny island that was owned by a confederate guy who included Scoob in his will (dunno the reason for it) and the main antagonists here were those phantom guys whose looks would be later recycled to make the chocolate, strawberry and vanilla phantoms.
Not to mention there being that one shadowy phantom who genuinely moved like a living shadow...it actually made my old kid self feel disturbed.

The Harum-Scarum Sanitarium or What the Hex Going On?.

Studying Scooby-Doo will open a rabbit hole were you'll find out just how much confederate culture was present in California. It makes sense when you think about early migration in America.

Miner 49'er ep. I would've seen Scooby and Scrappy show eps before that but I've no idea what they were ad honestly I wouldn't count them.

probably the first ep of the first show, since they played stuff chronologically on Cartoon Network when they first started airing it.

The one where Don Knotts messes with them in a hotel and nobody believes Scooby Doo about it.

Pretty sure it was this one on a rerun during early 90s. Remember thinking it was cool and wanting to recreate the bullshit method the culprit made himself transparent.
