Thinking about an office that has a yearly holding contest you can sign up for. You're given lots of free coffee and the bathrooms are locked. You're required to drink a bottle of water at the start of your shift just to get things going, with an additional bottle at the start of each subsequent hour. Whoever makes it through their 8 hour shift without wetting their pants (or whoever outlasts everyone else) gets a free month of vacation time.
