I don't know. My OCs tend to be meaner in contrast to the nice girl OCs. I do try to give artists credit, but artists have so much demands and constraints as well as contracts. I will answer your question. It's hard to animate the movements for hyperpreg characters since animators want fluid movement. Despite fact that Mona and Lola are agile in spite of their size. I think sci-fi is a little untapped since you can have people becoming hyper-fertile deliberately for a variety of reasons. Body-mods, off-world colonisation efforts, cyberpunk women who are doing huge surrogacies for profit, and so on. Plus women who are able to cope with unrealistically large pregnancies through low gravity environments (and becoming barely able to move in regular gravity). But I haven't really been able to come up with a proper story for these ideas.

All I can think of recently was one of the Mayternity Game Jam games having what you might be looking for, but I didn't really find it that significantly interesting just a little better than what the competition was offering.
