Of course, it's the only milk specifically engineered for human consumption after all.
As you can see in the chart, compared to other mammals women produce a more watery milk that is lower in proteins and fat but the highest in lactose. This is because human babies stay for longer with their mothers and therefore feed more frequently, so the mother's body adapts by starting with high sugar milk for brain development and then higher fat milk comes in the longer a feeding goes.

At a rough estimate, a dairy cow needs 4-5 gallons of water and 6-7 pounds of cereal grain (over and above their normal needs) to produce a gallon (8.6 pounds) of milk. Dairy humans are going to need similar intakes to produce similar outputs. This isn't as demanding for cows because cows don't compete with humans for their food - they eat grains and grasses and hay. But getting milk from a dairy human is going to involve you giving up your burger/salad/fried rice/etc. so she can turn it into milk. Fun as a fantasy, but economically unviable.
