I mean its basically just ranging from bodybuilder to athletic and strong depending on the artist, purely from a build perspective. Then a lot of other high effort stuff for the feminine features, like learning how to do make up, growing long hair, and shaving all of your bodyhair.
So if that's your goal probably start with the feminine stuff. Grow out your hair and shave bodyhair, maybe learn makeup depending on your face and whawt you want. You can do that quickly and build momentum. You'll probably not want to do this part until your body is "there" but your not a fitness influencer so thats not realistic, you just want to get close. So get over it and do it now.
Then look into bodybuilding. Most of the stuff here have a vaguely more calisthenics build, but that takes longer and realistically you wont overdo it with bodybuilding. You don't get too bulky by accident. I recommend looking into starting strength, not because its the best for getting you the physique you want but because it's the best for getting into lifting. Do that for two months or so and then look on youtube for bodybuilding or calisthenics routines.
If you manage to stick with your training for a few months, look into losing weight if you need to. Weights are easier to "just start" and show faster results, and one thing at a time is best. I have basically no advice here, shit's hard. Just don't make yourself hungry all the time. It's not sustainable. No crash diets, you want to look good forever so only eat how you can see yourself eating for life
Lord that was way too high effort a write-up for someone with a kink that'll definitely never even start doing any of it, but hey prove me wrong. Whatever motivation you use to get fit, the results and confidence/health benefits stay. So if getting off /d/ fantasies is what gets you motivated hell yeah go for it. Good a reason as any.

Male fat distribution sucks since it's mostly goes to our stomach first before being spread out while female tends to get it towards the hips/thighs/butt and chest (read breasts and this can be somewhat mitigated from my understanding)
But overall, get you face clean and pristine, your hair in order, eat healthy, lift hard (and probably bias legs), and get lean

Fuck it, I’ve been meaning to start working out, I may as well follow a /d/ guide. I mostly pass as a woman but can’t actually transition for social reasons, so I could pull off the ambush look if I seriously tried bodybuilding. Maybe I’ll open that onlyfans account. I might have to write an addendum to this guide that goes into the skincare, haircare, and makeup as much as working out though, that advice will make you look better than the average man but is nowhere near the results you could get with a proper routine. You can have glass skin even as a man if you follow Korean skincare routines, which would get you realistically close to the flawless look of the art. “Mere mortals” can understand makeup. I work out a lot and am essentially a cut away from looking like picrel (I will not be cutting yet because I want to be bigger actually, lol). I want to add a few things to the workout section because that's my main thing:
1.) You don't actually need tons and tons of protein powder. Protein powder is a supplement for when you are CUTTING. If you are bulking—that is to say, building muscle—you should be getting more than enough protein from whole foods. Eggs in the morning, meat or fish for lunch, meat or fish for dinner. This will also give you the nutrients you need for strength training (and for healthy skin and hair!), which you will not get from protein powder. You can use protein powder or supplements for if you miss your daily intake, but you don't need to chug a protein shake a day to make gains. Just eat properly. Protein powder as a daily supplement is something that only becomes a necessity at levels of mass far beyond the interests of the majority of people who will be following this guide.
2.) If you are serious about working out at home, buy a set of exercise bands with handles. These will allow you to do the vast majority of cable exercises in the comfort of your own home as long as you have access to a door and a doorframe. I would recommend the Push-Pull-Legs routine, which is a simple, three-day exercise that can be completed with as little as three exercises to start (push-ups, pulldowns, squats) and can be added to as you progress.

Also, calisthenics does not necessarily take "longer" than bodybuilding, and many bodybuilders actually do calisthenics in their routines (most commonly pushups and pullups). Muscle growth is a result of pushing your muscles to or near failure (the inability to complete a requested movement). If you are eating properly, sleeping properly, and hitting failure, you are building muscle regardless of what workouts you're doing. You just have to make sure that you are constantly challenging your body (this is called "progressive overload"). For weightlifting this is done by adding more weight. For calisthenics this can be done by varying the positioning of an exercise (some grips / postures make workouts harder) or by doing exercises with a weighed vest or a backpack full of stuff on. Doing an accessible exercise that you can stick with and will challenge you is far more important than what "classification" that exercise sits in.

As far as getting good with make up goes, you want to start with setting aside time in your day for putting it on and getting it off. Even if it is only enough layers of foundation to hide your most obvious blemishes.
You'll also want to think about what days you are actually going to be seen in it, and what days you WANT to be seen in it. Depending on your comfort for talking to strangers, I'd reccomend putting on whatever you think looks the days when you'll be doing alot with your legs, or in positions that will make your ass obvious.
