Dog doors on every indoor, well, door, probably would only work if you let them keep very long stumps because every dog door I’ve seen is not flush with the floor… except for those magnetic “Kitty Korner” doors, but if you cut them large enough to accommodate a torso, it might cause some structural problems with the door.
