why fid you specify its unused and, even more puzzling, why does the packaging say its unused
>>
do you have a spot to build it?
if so, just use your 10k to stick frame a 12x20 not-shitty tiny house or something.

guarantee you that barely has the minimum wind and snow loads for your area, if it does at all. structurally, thats more of a building shaped object than something you want to make a house out of.

spray foam on something that size is your entire budget as well. Small, stick frame, pink batts if you only have cash on hand and 10k

ESL labeling sometimes is unintentionally amusing.

I have seen these at auctions where they import sea cans full of shit and sell the stuff out of them and then sell the one-trippers. Really want to see one put up and see how bad they really are.

We use them here in iran as decoy buildings and make sheet metal missile cones sticking out of them that we left there “by accident” lol
>>
Thanks for the outlook lol.

My situation
>worked off one acre parcel
>cleared it out and its flat and drains well
>gravel pad hidden under some brush already
So I sort of have a spot to drop it. The un-used part is sort of goofy looking at it.

I figured if its just garbage I could at least just use the structure and park shit inside it. If not try to make it living space.

I guess I should record it regardless as it could make good content lol. I spent all last week making a road.

I found one video from a shed from this company and looks like all tube steel so maybe I could run a buttress along roof line or something.

Found some videos of the same company. Have to diy a slab first I guess so that will be interesting.

They look pretty shitty but it was free

yes,
>little diy slab
uhh insulate, post tension, oversize, overspec. it is not something i would diy.
>retarded idea
ehh so top of the barn is where hay is often stored i assume because that is the most stable temps, so lots of stairs and/or ladders living there; plus the weird tendency to turn lofts areas into shrines and not really use them.

Done.

Don't do shit else to it. You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Maybe make sure you have a good concrete pad under it but I would be concerned that, when (when, not if), that Chinesium shitshow falls down you won't be able to find a replacement that has the same footprint. Save your money for a real building.

This is /DIY/. The answer to any question "can I make it..." is YES.

What are you going to shit in?
Are you capable and authorized to run power yourself out to it?
Have you priced concrete?
This is a really bad idea. I would sell that to a bigger sucker for like 8K-12k on market place. Some retard will buy it. Also this >>2991170
anon is exactly right about the wind and snow loads. You will get fucked by any governing body if a permit is required which it almost certainly is unless you are in a holler.
Take the cash from the sale and put a dp on a shit starter house and fix that. It will be easier and less headaches.

For what its worth, I bought one with similar branding and packaging that is basically the smallest version of an ag shelter. 20x20 frame, but vinyl covering instead of sheet metal

it's made it through 2 winters, Im pleased, but basically it's competing against the shitty shelterlogic ones in my mind, not houses.

And, no "roof structure" so i get a garage with no permit or tax increase, just probably have to buy a cover once every few years

but the idea of an actual building out of paper thin tin instead of vinyl? yikes

i dont think theres anything too incriminating here....

So, the tube framing is solid and strong, but like, not anywhere enough to talk about living in during a storm on a cleared lot. I suspect your building would have similar framing.

i like you.

Look up "barndominiums".
>>
Theres a youtube vid about it. looks like a decent garage depending on your area and weather could be holding at least for a few years. Zinq frames could keep up longer. Walls could easily be foamed but the additional load to the roof? I would say no. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_1-lyQ7sRLA

This.

Op why bother with this shed when you could put your money toward material that would yield a smarter structure. Also windows and doors. Dig a foot, gravel, form, footings and slab then stick build right on top. Build it with a single slope roof with generous overhangs and aim it south.
>>
>>2991151
go for it, even if you can only get a perimeter and/or bearing wall foundation and lay down used carpet for "floor".

Just have a half-assed plan to add joists or slab later.

If you build a "real" small home this will be your storage, etc.

I built a 12x16 metal barn from Home Depot. I was gifted a bunch of butal rubber chaulk and I think it really helped join the metal and some sound proofing.

you really need a helper to hold the floppy panels during assembly.

Once framed it seemed very structurally strong.

>Once framed it's very structurally strong
No shit, it's glorified siding. Why not just frame and then put siding instead of doing it in reverse

Based on the thumbnail I though that was made of blocks. Which made it look light a double-sized version of the bathrooms in a nearby park. So, maybe don't use that design for non-shed/bathroom structures.
