I downloaded Kohya ss for Lora training. Guide said to create a .txt file for each image with tags including the new tag at the top of the list. Starting with a character Lora with 70 images placed into a folder. Took a damn eternity.

The model won't know whatever tag that is, but I'm sure there's a lora on civitai that would get there. It's also probably possible to get that through natural language prompting, but would take a lot of trial and error. The scope of the thing is expanding pretty wide, but I'm not stressed about it. I would like to spend more time developing existing characters, but I also want to include good suggestions as they come up. Not interested in telling someone their cute girl not going to be included because she doesn't fit the feudal Japanese vibe. I want as many cute girls as possible.

I also like the one off "foreign exchange students". It's cool that Jaguar is BR, smallsnake is indian, bat is german?, etc.

We don't really have a way of resolving disagreements about this sort of thing, so it's really just going to come down to the personal taste of whoever's doing the genning.

Love the CC influence and antenna, should we make black sclera a shared feature of the bug girls? My gut reaction says multiple arms is too buggy and she should just fight with sickles/scythes and regular arms. It's not any worse than the lamia, but I want to try and steer this in a more human direction. What if she had two human arms and summoned additional spectral ninja magic ones as needed?

Also here's a more human hornet. I like the idea of the laminate armor being evocative of chitin and having that as a shared bug feature/uniform could be interesting

I didn't make any of the bug ones but black sclera being their shared feature could be cool. Admittedly I'm not a big fan of fat characters but if we start a bug "division", there could be a fat lil ladybug. Idk, it's not too hard to come up with ideas for 'em, I just don't know what people would be into. Some of the ones that I started were hits, others not so much.

All the general proportions are out of spec here. It's more meant as a way of quickly sharing the prompts so others can play with them. These are not their definitive representations. These are essentially thumbnails meant for prototyping.

But long neck girls do represent an interesting design challenge. Girrafe's neck rings and Flamingo's collarbones are meant to slightly emphasize the neck area without fully comiting to a noodleneck thing. But i would be curious if others had thoughts on this.

I was already somewhat unsatisfied with trying to generate correct volleyball playing positions, postures, etc., until I realized half my generations had the net itself in a relatively implausible location (unless Rei here is catching a ball sent by someone way out of bounds). Best I managed after some time was putting her in a plausible position to be passing to her teammate. Should've picked an easier sport to gen.

I would recommend doing the gen in Qwen or Flux2 with a generic anime style, then using that as a controlnet reference. The bigger models are much better at environments and everyday sfw actions. Anima is a step in that direction but still just a tiny model underneath.
