As much as I try to be open minded and absolutely hate gender roles...the vast majority of men look ridiculous in dresses, including me and almost every guy I personally know.

I feel that for a man to pull of dresses he has to naturally have a somewhat feminine or at least androgynous appearance. On the average masculine guy it'll look like they're wearing a costume to try to be funny.

On the guy in the picrel it mostly works but most guys do NOT look like that in dresses.

Dresses are supposed to accentuate your womanly body, willowy men are flat and bony and have no curves to speak of, they'll always look like a cheap imitation of the real thing.

no the instant a man puts on a dress, he becomes a woman. thereby being a woman wearing a dress

Sound logic, anon.

Looking here you can already see the issue. The dress is clearly designed around having tits and showing cleavage and he just simply has none. Dresses just weren't designed for male bodies.

I think it's interesting how a dress can highlight the absence of something. Perhaps the femininity of a dress can serve to accentuate the masculine form, be highlighting the contrast.

Only cute twinky guys like the one you posted can.

Only twins signaling their assholes is a substitute for pussy for the most desperate out there

So it seems.

Yes, but not the tranny ones like that. That dress is clearly designed for women, to accentuate a woman's breasts and waistline. If you want to wear a men's "dress" then wear a toga or a thobe.

if he looks like that and he gives me head it's ok, otherwise no.

Nope
Maid outfits are ok doe

There's a bajillion ways to dress feminine and this is probably one of the worst.
As a skelly you need to show your flat tummy, cover your shoulders and mask your skinny legs.

Why is it in these kinds of pics, the twinks or femboys or what have you are often flipping us off? It's quite rude

I find I look better in a skirt and a men's tank top.

While he does pull off the look as well as a man probably could, this bit is immediately off visually. I wonder what this would look like if you designed the upper end of the dress more around the male body (instead of a cleavage use buttons left open, also emphasize the shoulders a bit more) but left the rest as it is
