As much as I try to be open minded and absolutely hate gender roles...the vast majority of men look ridiculous in dresses, including me and almost every guy I personally know.
I feel that for a man to pull of dresses he has to naturally have a somewhat feminine or at least androgynous appearance. On the average masculine guy it'll look like they're wearing a costume to try to be funny.
On the guy in the picrel it mostly works but most guys do NOT look like that in dresses.

Yes, but not the tranny ones like that. That dress is clearly designed for women, to accentuate a woman's breasts and waistline. If you want to wear a men's "dress" then wear a toga or a thobe.

Nope
Maid outfits are ok doe
There's a bajillion ways to dress feminine and this is probably one of the worst.
As a skelly you need to show your flat tummy, cover your shoulders and mask your skinny legs.

>The dress is clearly designed around having tits and showing cleavage and he just simply has none
While he does pull off the look as well as a man probably could, this bit is immediately off visually. I wonder what this would look like if you designed the upper end of the dress more around the male body (instead of a cleavage use buttons left open, also emphasize the shoulders a bit more) but left the rest as it is
