HI guys, my pc restarts randomly and usually it happens when i am NOT playing anything, it happened ONCE when playing valorant mostly on like chrome when its on idle, sometimes when i am downloading something

In the Logs I get Kernel-Power 41 critical error
and WHEA-Logger Error 18
And also TPM-WMI 1801 Error

This never happened before, it started give or take 3 months after i built the pc

I've not changed much in bios apart from the ram thing that lets it run at 3000mhz

Never updated BIOS after the first installation 6 months ago, drivers are updated

I've stress tested CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, and it doesn't really restart

I have a PCIe Gen 5 mobo and PCIe Gen 5 5060 ti but even if I try to force it in BIOS it runs at PCIE 3.0
This is noticeably hurting my performance since 5060 ti doesn't have the full 16x pcie lanes so I'm running at 8x PCIe 3.0 which is raping my cards bandwidth.
How do I fix this?

A year ago I was kind of retarded when building my PC, got a 9800X3D + 5070ti but an mATX case, ASRock B850M Pro-A and a Bronze 750w PSU, now I get black screens sometimes when playing demanding games and the pc is really noisy but can't fit better fans.
Would it be worth it to upgrade to a GIGABYTE X870 Eagle, ATX case with noctua fans, and a Gold 850w PSU? Is it retarded to buy another motherboard at this point? Or any other board recommendations? I want to keep the upgrade under $300

You can manually set resolutions to ultrawide etc on monitors that don't support it, the game will just look fucked up but as long as it boots up and shows an FPS, all of your hardware is technically processing at the resolution you set.

It's how I managed to test 4k on my setup before I bought a 4k monitor.

50 series = 2gb gddr7 chips
60 series = 3gb
70 series = 4gb

bros, need some advice, last month i got a 5500x3D for $150 here in south america to replace my old 3600, thing is a relative is traveling to the US and after doing some numbers i figured i could sell my CPU, mobo (a B550) and 32gb of DDR4 for around $450-500 here since everything is expensive af, question is, i could get myself a $300 7500X3d or a $600 7800x3d combo from microcenter, the performance diferential doesn't seem worth it but the extra 16gb of ram does make a difference, what do you guys think?

This is what SSD I have in the current computer that is a Chinese X79 bootleg experiment that ended up as a media/light gaming box at the mountain house. It's starting to act weird, well it's always been a little weird but now it's stumbling with even light work loads. Imthe 4070ti whatever is coming out and going into the 10900k movie which was my main computer at home till a recent upgrade.

Well the x79 board was one of them hacked up boards using harvested chipsets from sever boards. Had hacked NVME support which shouldn't be a thing on x79. Also needed funky drivers to get the NIC working. I paid 100 bucks for the board and whatever 10 core xeon that it came with.
