If my Pixel 3 XL works fine, why should I upgrade?

Because you felt the need to ask that question

Don't. If you don't need to upgrade, just don't.
It's that easy.

20 year olds with crippling debt and no idea how to pay it off who buy the newest flagship every year will not understand you, but that's their problem.

i think my last exciting phone upgrade was like a decade ago, there's literally nothing left to innovate
keep your old phone and change the battery once every couple of years

Huge retarded notch at the top and big wasted space at the bottom, as if this made any sense. Someone was paid to design this while I don't have a job...

I'm still using mine too. There's really no reason to buy a new one, unless you want to use graphene. I put calyx on it and it seems fine. I don't really care about security or privacy anymore, the OS is just less annoying and feels psychologically clean if I can turn off, delete, micro-manage and control all the bloat.

Is this the new "Stop buying Starbucks and pull me up by your bootstraps" meme? "Golly, if you special snowflakes didn't spend 8-1200 dollars on a tracking device you could afford a million dollar home on a $25/hr salary. Stop making excuses!"
