He didn't even need to trust pharma. Eating 100% fruit is not a good way to combat cancer from a anti-pharma perspective. You're supposed to get intravenous Vitamin C specifically becaude it can be a massive pozload that eating fruit normally can't give you, and you usually combine it with some other stuff (usually antiparasitic medication).

There's no cure for most cancers and i'm pretty sure it's mostly genetic,in my family father's side people were pretty healthy and like 70% of them died of cancer.
