That would imply consciousness of the AI and a will of it's own.

It does not have this. That does not mean this is a good idea though. For starters it flows from Zuckerbergs laziness since he's trying to offload work onto an AI. And also greed since he's trying to sell AI clone's to other companies as AI managers.

Just cause an AI is not conscious does not mean it's not capable of doing great harm.
