Since this hot mess doesn’t vibrate, it is time to turn it into active cooling fan instead, it also turn off the fan when in standby mode immediately, what can goes wrong?

Technically you can find a 12v or 5v source and tap into it, but it may sag the voltage down line of whatever that is connected to and cause some chip to go full retard. So if you do this, you want to maybe get a buck converter to grab power from as close to the battery as possible.

Oh also, I didn't notice where you were proposing to hook up that fan. Keep in mind that vibrator circuit only works intermittently (ie. when you get a notification) so the fan would not spin normally if you attached it. You'd have to find something to keep the vibrator circuit active, which it is not designed to do. Might want to find somewhere else to tap into as I said in my first post.
