Dunno probably more telemetry and AI shit. Checked outlook and they added copilot so I uninstalled it.

It trains AI model using your device power and your actions. Then sends out the result, maybe weekly or monthly idk.
That's how they do autocomplete. But it supports all the 3rd world bullshit languages at the same time instead of shipping separate versions. So that's the reason.
