doesnt mean jail. little johnny gets taken to the police station, "dont do it again!" gets let go.
jails are too full and its too expensive to lock somebody up for saying a racism. Musk is a drama queen

The progressively liberal leftist la-la land of the United Kingdom arrests more of their own people for violations of ideological purity per year than Soviet Union did, impressive.
What's even crazier than that is how nobody is talking about how Poland is now doing the same since the regime change took place, with special emphasis on digitization and cyber-surveillance having a whole ministry created just for that task.

China just bans your post. Unless you’re spamming constantly you probably won’t get a knock on the door.
It’s basically a jannie-ocracy on the internet over there, with people doing the spicy posts at midnight when the Jannies are asleep. Kind of like here actually.
Even then there’s a lot of posts that slip through the cracks because no jannie is going to be able to sift through the 4 quintillion social media posts that happen in china weekly.
There’s also a lot of keyword dodging like sõy or tbħ.
The majority of the censorship over there is just fear and self censorship, kind of like here with our (((overlords))).
