Hosting at least 4 sites. If it helps its for a 501(c)3

Always pick a hosting platform that is NOT based in your jurisdiction.

This screams VPS.
For the 4 sites in React and Wordpress use containers like Docker.
For email use Stalwart, also under Docker.
For the hosting platform, if you are in the US, I would pick OVH. It's cheap, VPS are powerful, unlimited traffic and they have native IPv6 support out of the box with no extra configs.
