Have there been societies or civilizations in the past where majority of their males were giga cuckolds who had no issues accepting ran through harlots as wives, and eventually, as mothers of their children? Do these societies collapse sooner than those with more rigid, "patriarchal" norms & rules with strict emphasis on female virginities?

True dat. Dysgenic women make brainlet dysgenic men that fuck almost anything and everything. Just look at the Indians for instance. Every civilization needs only a handful of eugenic women.
