That's not cuckoldry, that's using a slave for surrogacy and adoption. Also I think the authors of Genesis did not really approve of this practice, because they show how it creates domestic strife rather than harmony. It is Sarah's idea, yet when Abraham actually does it she becomes jealous and abuses her entirely innocent slave, to the point she is so distrought that she cannot endure her service anymore and runs away. Then later on she and Ishmael are quite despicably abandoned.
