I agree with you that he was extremely destructive to Europe and White people, but he wasn't a British double agent. He simply liked Britain from the view of a Pan-German Nordicist, seeing them as another Germanic people and their empire as Nordic-Germanic people ruling over inferior races, which he wanted to replicate in Eastern Europe.
