Any and all sympathy for tenants left me when a relative of mine became involved in managing apartments. She was verbally and physically assaulted, constantly pestered with meaningless complaints, and regularly intimidated. Every once in a while these same psychotic residents would play the victim and draw up lists of high-minded “demands” for free junk. There used to be these tables at the end of the hallways, by the elevators, that the residents would just throw piles of their literal garbage on. Plastic bottles, wrappers, broken electronics. The management naturally had them removed, eventually. The residents then began protesting, insisting that the “sharing tables” were an integral part of their community culture. Yes, those empty Dasani and Coke bottles were the treasures of their people. Literal scum. You try governing Americans for a few months and you see how you like it. God bless landlords

I'm a landlord and what the experience has taught me is that poor = scum. This american anon has summed it up well. If you rent, then someone has literally bought a house for you to live in becuase you're too busy buying k-pop toys to save up a small deposit, and then he has to worry about all the maintenance of the house, and all the retarded problems you are going to cause (no, houses don't normally decay at this rapid a rate, YOU are the one breaking everything). At the end of it all a holy generation of barristas then turn around and claim that their work is someone how useful and they deserve to be rich in return for turning a coffee machine on, whereas all my work and stress is actually a bad thing. Kill yourself rentoids.

The solution would be to ban renting out and make everyone their own owner. Let competent people and incompetent people cluster together. There is no justification for the existence of landlords to even be a thing.

Sounds like some poor landowner (relatively-speaking, among landowners) wanted to get some easy money but didn't want to deal with lower class. Gotta climb up the ladder to deal with proper humans, you get what you pay for (property-wise).

It’s crazy to me that people have become radical enough to say these things, to sincerely propose that people cannot own land. Where does this crazy project of liberalization stop? Where are we going?

>to sincerely propose that people cannot own land
You're deliberately twisting my words or you're just retarded. Renting is not owning and a landlord requires the majority to rent and never own, you're not defending the right to ownership, you're defending a certain small class of society's right to exploit the majority by gatekeeping access to land.
