because we have old town centers and skyscrapers wouldnt fit in and look stupid. We have skyscrapers in Europe but they have a bad reputation because they were built as commie blocks in eastern Europe, they are grey and look brutal.

But skyscrapers can look pretty cool with the right paintjob and setting. Like in Brazil Curitiba those skyscrapers look nice, with palms in front and the sun is shining. But in most parts of Europe skyscrapers simply dont fit into the landscape , it would look stupid and abnormal
