italians are loud, philanderers who are very proud and outgoing, but in a charming way. they may be a little arrogant, but they make up for it with their big personalities.
brits are more of a mixed bag, but tend to be well meaning and friendly. usually good personalities, but can also be a bit miserable at times, but then can go from being miserable to being upbeat and having great banter in seconds, in a bipolar sort of way.

I been to Romania few times. they are more old fashioned than the rest of europe. the people are generally well mannered and nice people. civilised. sometimes they are quite behind on trends, so what they think is cool might be seen corny to most americans and western euros. they might not have lots of money, but they know how to have a good time.

this is so true kek. now my very limited experience with nordoids:

most normie like out of them, but even their so called rural rednecks are well mannered. they are very conformist and can be either beautiful or ugly. I didn't notice many average looking people. otherwise quiet but I may talk if you gained their attention.

now keep in mind all of them are rather reserved and suspicious with strangers and it's actually pretty hard to break into their social circle outside of parties, festivals, touristic areas etc. they just like to mind their own businesses and ask things directly
