I'm 24 and I met a highschool friend of mine not too long ago and I barely recognized the guy since he got so chubby and changed his style almost completely
don't get me wrong I also gained weight in my 20s (went from 69kg in highschool to 77 now at 184cm) but damn its fucking brutal how some people let themselves go
