Man, I can't wait for this beauty to hit the civilian market, although I fear it's gonna take at least 5-6 years.

What is with every company doing a 7.62x39 version of their new piston rifles
Who the fuck is buying these
>>
>>65077329
I just assume it's for markets where 7.62x39 is cheaper than the trendy new american rounds designed around silencers and subsonic loads

Do they even sell 300 AAC Blackout in yuroland?
>>
>>65077283
this thing is fucking ugly
>>
>>65077338
dude, it's basically an AR15

I was gonna watch the video, but it had a nigger in it so I turned it off.
>>65077338
The mag/magwell area looks fucking gross on all the 7.62x39 ars.
>>
>>65077346
>That is just a Sig MCX, no?
yes, it's beretta's answer to the shit SIG sent to the carabineri and got refused forcing them to get the older guns out of storage.
>>
>"new" assault rifle platform
>piston AR
I mean I guess a quick detach rail and barrel is cool but we've had that tech forever.

In this essay, I will teach everyone the merits of the ACR and why it should return to production
>>
>>65077343
but it has a square back
>>

>Do they even sell 300 AAC Blackout in yuroland?
Yes? Consider that suppressors have been readily available here for quite a while. 7.62x39 is still probably cheaper unless you reload

>The mag/magwell area looks fucking gross on all the 7.62x39 ars.
It's the fugly 7.62 AR mag as opposed to using AK mags. The ones taking AK mags look decent to good
>>
I had a dream that beretta made an AR platform, and it had a feature where it could disconnect in the barrel to quickly turn it into an SBR

then i googled it and turns out its this, which isnt as sexy as the version in my dream

Pretty sure it's the 6.5 grendel version that was developped for the GIGN

So they basically made the MCX but actually functional now? What's the point when SIG will just win the bids anyway since they'll lowball the shit out of every other competitor?

its really annoying they couldn't just keep making the ARX. all that thing needed was smaller gas ports and better QC on the civilian models.
>>
>its another AR pattern rifle people will forget about when the next one is announced
How about some actual innovation?
>>
>>65077930
Why reinventing the wheel when the thing just works? Also, the innovations are there under the hood.
>>
>>65077930
Such as? There's a limited amount of ways you can feasibly make a gun, and whatever you do the end result may very well be indistinguishable from a user perspective. It's like with watches: you can feel superior all you want about the fancy mechanism inside, but a mechanical watch will tell the same time of any cheap Casio.
>>
>>
>>65078023
I need my mech watch with over 9000 mega gauss and over 1000 bars because what if the EMP takes out your casio, huh? What then? Checkmate quartzcucks
>>

>but it had a nigger in it
go back to /pol/, you raycist

That's an AR, I don't care.

Brainlet europoor here with a question:

Why is there a market for a beretta AR when there are already 9999999 ARs out there?

What’s special about it?
>>
>>65082859
did not mean it in a good way, he looks so bloated, old, and leathery now in just a few short years
>>
>>65082904
The only reason why I'm remotely interested is because our choices for non-AK 7.62 piston guns in Europe now are:
>Bren 2 - super mediocre accuracy for the price
>SIG Saar Spear LT - insane recoil and mediocre accuracy + SIG Saar build "quality"
I mean come on, 7.62x39 isn't inherently inaccurate, the original CMMG Mutant and the M92S rifles are very accurate for semis in that chambering. I can forgive the stupid name if they don't cock it up
>>
>>65082919
>choices for non-AK 7.62 piston guns

Is it available in 7.62?
There's a 5.56 version, and what seems like a 7.62 is probably the 6.5 grendel "praetorian" that was adopted by the GIGN.
Not that it would be difficult to make a 7.62 if they already have the grendel version, but haven't heard anything about it being offered.
>>
>>65082904
>What’s special about it?
Although it may look like a generic AR-15 at first glance, it incorporates several innovations that set it apart from the competition, see https://youtu.be/5H0q4SJHsEE

geeeg

>>65082919
Why would anyone opt for a non-AK 7.62... Zastava is right there bro

Because it's an interesting concept and I already have an AK

>>65083000
Ok good trips but I dont like Serbia
>>
>>65082940
I only read that they're making "more chamberings" so one might be in the works like for the ARX
I just assumed it was a 7.62 mag because everyone was saying so and I'm not watching a fucking video as the first thing. I'd be fine with a 6.5 Grendel or 300 AAC gun too but both are still more expensive than 7.62x39
>>
>>65083067
very amateurish, but at least it catches the eye
