The Turks were able to make good copies of the G3, MP5 and other HK products because they sold the tooling to MKE/Turkish Government. I don't believe HK has exported production anywhere else for the MP7

My only guess is that it is lower in price because it is 5.7 while the mp5 s higher because it is 9mm. Ammo availability for both is very different

HK243 (europoor exclusive semi G36) sells for ~2000 Euros including VAT so it's not that surprising.

More like 60 cpr here which is almost the same as .223/5.56, an SP7 would be three times cheaper to feed than my PS90.
The annoying part is HK won't sell them on the EU market so I'll likely have to pay >50% extra to import it from burgerland.
