am i intersex? its more likely than you might think!
pre hrt (19):
- almost no armpit sweat/hair
- very thin pubes, arm/leg hair, facial hair
- literally 0 chest or abdomen hair
- always translucent liquidy cum in small volumes instead of opaque white with raw egg texture
- 5'5"
- voice barely dropped
- varicoseles on both testicles
- lowish libido
post hrt (1 year sublingual, 3 months injections) (21)
- stronger armpit hair and much more sweat
- 0 cum, a little more libido
- less body/facial hair, more leg/pubes
seems to me like i kind of didnt have most of a male puberty and then starting hrt triggered like those changes that hadnt started yet (armpits, libido, and such)

You can get a diy sperm quality test for like $20

yeah that's useless, a fertility kit won't tell you if you're intersex or have some other medical disorder

I've read PAIS can rarely be fertile without medical intervention even. But infertility doesn't require the complete absence of sperm production either.

Indeed. If you think you might be intersex you should probably start by approaching an endocrinologist.
The best time to work that up is pre-transition though. Exogenous hormones eliminate a lot of clues that could otherwise give them some direction, and genetic testing beyond dramatic things like chromosomal differences is way less reliable than most people probably think it is.

I had the same at your age, and other than trannybrain I had no intersex conditions that the doctors were able to find.
I did have an undecended testicle (that the doctor's "fixed" when I was 5) and a partially undecended testicle (that I'm pretty sure never did anything).

I don't know how much it matters to you, but just in case: intersex isn't a diagnosis. Intersex is a description. Post-transition diagnosis is hard unless your condition is something dramatic.
The big thing I had to work through was genital scarring implying I had surgery nobody was ever willing to tell me about. That's still unresolved for me and it fucking sucks. But it's not like intersex is an upgraded version of tranny. They hate us all the same.
Having a condition may or may not have made transition easier. It may or may not have caused past problems, or cause future problems.
You are who you are no matter what you do or do not have.
