I have similar worries and my answer is to only date trans women who are totally fine keeping the dick or ones who have already had SRS for awhile. If it's fully healed and they aren't having problems I don't think it would bother me at all. I just don't really like the idea of suck a drastic physical change to the person I'm dating that has such a high impact on how we have sex, especially one that can result in them getting fucked over if things go really bad.
