Then why did he give me gender dysphoria, and then have the treatment for gender dysphoria give me pre-menstrual dysphoria, even tho I don't even have a female reproductive system?
Not a very loving thing to do.

The menstrual cycle is controlled by the petuitary, not the ovaries. A trans woman's petiutary developed along female lines pre-natally and, with sufficiently high estrogen levels, is now operating as a female petiutary gland sending all the same instructions to the uterus and ovaries that are absent from a trans woman's body.
Thus we're still getting a menstrual cycle, we're just not getting the period, but we do get all the mental effects cause by the petiutary manipulating the parasympathetic nervous system. Which means weather you have a uterus or not you can still get PMS and it's nastier sister PMDD.
It's a stupid evolutionary hangover that is completely maladapted to 21st century reality.
The usual treatments for PMS/PMDD include the birth control pill to balance out the estrogen, this suggests that taking progesterone might help and there is anecdotal evidence to support this.
Alternatively SSRIs have been shown to be effective even when they're only taken during the dysphoric period.
Stimulants might also have an effect if ADHD is also present.
I am currently trialing canabis with disappointing results. The initial high did reduce suicide risk, but exacerbated emotional distress. The subsequent mellow did reduce dysphoria considerably, but the side effects made normal functioning completely impossible, making it useless medicinally.
