I haven't actually read it, but I was trying to piece together the information and it seems Victor forces his wife to participate in orgies, so it's implied he indirectly rapes women in the series. Not sure why the schizo thought he was raping his daughter, but it may be his fanfiction. We know he had previous charges of harassing children, so it's probably projection. I've known many schizos who obsess over child rape because they're secretly paedophiles.
