What is the optimal position to read a book in bed comfortably over a long period of time?
I’ve tried laying flat on my back, but my arm starts aching after a while. Laying on my side, my arm starts aching after a while as well. It’s annoying having to keep switching positions while reading.

Sitting in a chair.
It's good to get up once an hour for about 5 minutes regardless of position.

This isn't as bad as the male equivalent in material terms but the "teehee I'm reading CSAM bestiality rape fantasies in style just a #booktok girlie!!!!" attempt at being cute and triggering woman-perception-instincts is basically a kind of psychological rape. Horrible. Disgusting. Repeal the 19th.

On your stomach with the book on the floor at foot of bed.

Sucks to be you.
