How do I get into this show? It seems really popular. I dropped it after they started singing Happy Birthday in The Prologue because I thought the writing was so on the nose that it was supposed to be a joke, but then I realized it was supposed to be a serious moment, and I just got disgusted for laughing at it so hard. Does the shows writing at any point get better, or is this whole thing written for adults who can't read above a sixth grade level?

It's the perfect moment where Miorine is at her lowest and ugliest, and can't hide behind her pride and image, but still trusts Suletta to see her the way she is. And Suletta no longer sees Mio on a pedestal, or herself as a tool for the sake of her mother and sisters, and can be there for her with zero strings attached, or any compromises.

It's a very special moment that I see a lot of genuine emotion in.
