Zanma Taisei (the original release of OG Demonbane) is the only version that has sex scenes. Kishin Houkou (the enhanced PS2 port of Taisei that got ported to PC in 2019) and Kishin Hishou (the sequel to Taisei/Houkou) don't have anything like that.

It's true that Demonbane has translation issues but saying it's no longer the top of fiction is completely false. The translation issues are mostly from the outdated translation of the spin-off novels since they were translated from Korean. Currently Starry Wisdom TL team is reworking them from scratch, you can see it for yourself:
