Thank u, yeah definitely, I want to draw more often but I take 3 days minimum to do anything. I know I'll get more confident the more I do it, it doesn't help that I just can't practice doing a single sketch, I have the habit of perfecting it for X amounts of time until I have a lineart and then put colors to it.

I write small greens to get myself back on my feet. and keep myself sharp in the creative department.
A few months ago when I was working a retail job I couldn't stop thinking about Rainbow Dash (and Twilight). It was some pretty obsessive rumination. That's when I knew I had to get out of the job. I was pretty damn close going coconuts and seeing a Rainbow Dash tulpa and scheduling my suicide. I've had a few dreams of MLP and of Dash, though they've subsided as my pill-taking resumed.
I don't really have a story in mind atm.

But let me say as a tulpafag, "seeing A tulpa" isn't really how it works, hallucinations do not a tulpa make. What makes a tulpa is, among other things, a continuous identity, and dedication to your relationship with them - if a thoughtform just shows up, or if you decide you don't want to dedicate to them any longer, that's not a tulpa. This is just arbitrary label stuff though, "tulpa" doesn't say anything about like hallucinations or magic powers or mystical experiences.
Personally I think engaging with your imagination is often very good for you, including the difficulties therein, and people tend to have far too much anxiety about 'losing it' or 'being weird', far too early into the introspective process. It might be worth setting aside a specific time and place to engage with these ruminations, write them down (so you can analyze them later), and thereby release some of the psychological pressure in a controlled way. If you're in a really fragile mental state though maybe you should avoid that... it saddens me to hear the name of a pony and "scheduling my suicide" in the same breath. I hope you have some help around you in your life.

As an aside, I don't understand artists who draw Fluttershy as "short", or at least shorter than Dashie. Fluttershy is genuinely a modeling-tier pony which means she has a tall, lean physique. She should comparatively be one of the tallest standard female ponies, especially compared to her friends.

Meanwhile Dashie is best when she's a speed gremlin flying at incredibly high speeds due to her small, aerodynamic stature (and also because her growth was stunted since she was born prematurely).
