I think ponies wearing clothes is an underutilized storytelling method. What you wear says a lot about how you want others to perceive you, or whether you care about that at all. Same goes for manestyle, makeup, and so on, if you assume that ponies treat their appearance the same way people do. That's what those sketches are, is me trying to explore the ways I might draw Tavi at different stages in her life, once I eventually get around to making my comic.

Pretty sure it would be obvious already so she wouldn't get "outed" for it, I like to think that when she made her first impressions she would get constant racist remarks and belittling in general but when she proved herself to be a god at etiquette and music, ponies began warming up to her and even complimenting her donkey admixture due to how attractive she is
