It's a video from 14 years ago called "How My Little Dashie Should Have Ended". It's about a reindeer anthro finding Rainbow Dash in a box, then throwing her over a brick wall and shooting her multiple times.

He edited the video to look like it was posted on a hacked broadcast on The Hub when it was still around.

If you've watched Pamtri's videos, it's similar to that. That or Spider-Man getting stabbed in the ass by Venom.
