Like what other anons are saying, the heart hooves stick out like a sore thumb. Change the color so it's slightly darker, but still close to the mane color. Another option is to leave the color the same and just change it to an outline of a heart (I prefer this option).
Ears through the mane is good, eyes are good, & the hind legs are fixed. I can't specifically describe it, but the overall body proportions have improved. It also looks like they stuffed her body more which I like.
Besides the ear hole, the mane looks mostly untouched. Make sure they put more stuffing in the mane to increase the volume. I recently got their Symbiote Filly Luna and her mane was hollow with zero stuffing. I'm not sure if that was a mistake or if they are just cutting corners.
Overall the plush looks great. Can't wait to buy a dozen.

The mane actually is stuffed just a bit more than last time. Symbiote uses a layer of foam inside the mane to give it volume. They added a thicker foam sheet in prototype 2 than 1. They caution about adding too much or else her mane will become too puffy. I don't think there is anything more that can be done with the mane to give it more volume without risking having a balloon mane.

Perhaps the hearts could be more symmetrically pointed in the middle at a 45 degree angle like pic related, but I'll understand if that is still too complicated for mass production.

The 3 shine spots are way too out of place on the mane covered eye, especially the small 2 spots, they should be positioned in same directional area in both eyes.
Looking at the frontal view, the large spots should both at around 10-11 o'clock in an angled position. The 2 smaller spots(on RT eye) should be more horizontal position with each other.

I like the idea of having just an embroidered outline of a heart, and the color of the embroidery being the same green as her coat. It's subtler than a solid black or dark green heart, but also clearly noticable. And it would be a feature that I don't think any other mass produced pony plush has done before (same color embroidery to denote depth/texture)

Did some mockup edits to of the pics
Moved the eye reflections to have both eyes looking at the same direction.
Also made a mockup of an hoof with just the embroidered border, and I think a lighter green would be better.

I think the issue here is that she's turning her hooves in a manner which is inconsistent with her anatomy. Even though ponies in the show are able to do crazy things, the hoof labeled here (pic related). would literally be changing at 180°. We only have two hands, but(t) ponies have two front hooves in front, two back hooves. It's different: the ergonomic physical capabilities and mobility are vastly superior in a four legged form, but they even though they have more robustness, do not necessarily have the ability to flip their joints around 180° at the hip.
TL;DR, needless to say: it would look anatomically-ludicrous on the plushie. I do like the picture, though.
