i was there and I didn't like it at the time. I can't really remember who but at that time it felt like a lot of artists were switching to a more "electronic" sound. I was a big fan of the kanye before this and kinda rolled my eyes at the trend, but a year or so later i realized it was actually fire. At the very least it's the pivotal moment in his career so if for nothing else it's interesting for history's sake
