those bands are industrial metal, not nu-metal.

they made the best album of the 90's by locking up a bunch of washed up hair metal himbos in a studio and making them write songs in between partying

it's not b-tier if it was on the radio.
thems the rules.

you're wrong.
fear factory is industrial metal.
pm5k and orgy are radio slop.

does Static X count as B-tier?

People sleep on these Canadians. Their album “The Devil You Know” is good

they're closer to groove metal and earlier rap metal but early Stuck Mojo goes hard and I still bump the first album at least once a year

Then you need to exclude nu-metal altogether.

Absolutely based b tier nu metal acts
Static-X has ZERO bad albums

hard to tell. They had solid sound, Wayne was memorable frontman, cool quality videos.

I love powerman 5 fun style more but static x feels above them but not on Korn or Bizkit big level. Around P.O.D. i guess

Snot is groove metal.

Probably Static-X. A lot of bangers and decent quality image. They've also remained consistently good IMO

Chimaira
Mudvayne

Both of them have cool elements in their music. Chimaira have that industrial/groove influence in their first album and Mudvayne has prog moments and really unique riffs in their first one.
Idk if you can call them B tier or whatever.
