I only JUST learned that my city has a residential aviation community
now I want a house there
I want to be able to fly a couple cities or a state over on the weekend no more traffic no hangar fees
I was content to just live in my crappy 1400 sq foot house with my crappy 80k engineering job for the rest of my life but now I want more money because those houses start at a million and then I need to own and maintain a small plane
