Trump has always been like this, tilting at windmills, and I don’t really know why but he tells people the windmill is a dragon and they believe him even when they look at the windmill they will say it’s a dragon because they believe him. He’s probably a high functioning schizophrenic with extreme charisma and manipulation skills
