perhaps you shouldn't be on a car enthusiast board if you're going to pretend there is no difference in the driving experience between an NSX and accord.
Do you also perhaps think there is no difference between hydraulic steering and electric steering as well?

Ok I have to say it, the NSX was not a good looking car. That overly long and weird lifted back end just doesn't look right, it's like a skinny cardio bunny with an ass that sticks out two feet behind her.

>New NSX
>Cosworth developed engine for true motorsports heritage
>engine doesn't even have to be broken in and the whole car was built to race from the factory (you can see them repeatedly registered to show up at AutoX nationals whereas the original NSX never is)
>Longitudinal layout (the way god intended)
>Powerful AND economical
>still looks new to this very day despite no exterior changes
>was the benchmark for an entire new category of hybrid sports cars
>everyone now wants to make V6 Hybrids, including Ferrari and Mclaren
>nigsan is even going to base the GTR off the future NSX platform admitting to honda superiority
sovl
>Old NSX
>No motorsports heritage (VTEC isn't even used in F1 because it was made to get power out of shitboxes)
>not a design intended for racing
>Cucked transverse layout (Dome had to re-engineer the entire front subframe and rear just to uncuck the shitty transverse layout
>gutless and inefficient
>looked dated by the 2000s so honda had to redesign the front to ditch the popups
>no one adopted naturally aspirated transverse V6s for super car designs because it sucks
soulless

Was just about to say that it looks like a dumb hybrid electric car like a prius. Seems like honda didn't learn anything from what a fucking flop it was and doubled down with the piece of shit that is the new prelude.

Brands with the heritage and cachet to pass off electric shavers as status symbols are making hybric supercars. Honda is like a bicycle peddler by comparison, expecting anyone to treat a honda hybrid like a real supercar is an exercise in delusion. Same goes for the LFA, people don't think racecar when they think lexus, their core business is selling expensive sofas.

Lighting and wheels are dead giveaways for determining if a car was made before or after the mid-'10s. In this case, no new car designs had pop-up headlights after the turn of the millennium so the chances are that you're looking at a pre-MY2000 car.

It is impossible to be a true car enthusiast and dislike the original nsx.

Except it does, because the NSX race car is just a production car that is stripped out. the hybrid system was removed to comply with regulations. the original NSX was modified to make it less shit, the new NSX was modified because its design would've been a huge advantage.
